Even though the Cruizin’ For a Cure charity car show run by Alvirne High School senior Jack Sherman was hampered by a bit of rain, the Alvirne parking lot was filled with a variety of cars and spectators who were not put out by the weather shift. The show was for Sherman’s Senior Capstone Project, a recent addition to the curriculum, with all proceeds from the event going to the Jimmy Fund.
