According to accounts on social media the lines at both voting locations in the town of Hudson were long but moved quickly as residents cast their ballots in the General Election.
It took about an hour to get through lines at both Alvirne High School and Hudson Memorial School with 14,723 residents voting.
The total number of ballots cast on Election Day was 12, 692.
The total number of ballots cast by all Absentee voters was 2,031.
Number of Federal Office only ballots cast: 23
The Republicans on the Hudson ballot won in every race, despite the state wins by Kamala Harris and Maggie Goodlander.
