The third annual Quinceañera Ball took place at Alvirne High School on Friday night, April 4, sponsored by the school’s Spanish Club and the Spanish National Honor Society. The Alvirne cafeteria was lavishly decorated with tables, lighting and hundreds of balloons. The Quinceañera is a celebration of Latina Womanhood and a rite of passage for 15-year-old Latina girls.
